Terms of Service & User Policy

TirthTrails is strictly a digital directory and discovery platform for spiritual tourism in Ujjain. TirthTrails does not operate as a travel agency, booking engine, or accommodation provider. All room inquiries, availability checks, rate discussions, and booking confirmations take place directly between you (the traveler) and the property owner via phone or WhatsApp.

TirthTrails never charges travelers any fees for accessing or contacting stays on our directory. TirthTrails does not collect room payments, advance deposits, or booking fees. Any money transferred to property owners (via UPI, cash, or bank transfer) is done entirely at your own risk. TirthTrails holds zero liability for advance payment disputes, refunds, or financial fraud.

Property details, photos, prices, and amenities listed on TirthTrails are provided directly by stay owners or collected during field visits. While we strive for accuracy, TirthTrails does not guarantee that listed prices or room availability will remain unchanged. Room tariffs during peak periods (such as Simhastha, Mahashivratri, Sawari Mondays, or holidays) are decided solely by the property owners.

Any third-party services offered by stays or local contacts—such as taxi/car bookings, tour guides, food/catering services, or special Mahakal darshan/puja arrangements—are strictly independent transactions. TirthTrails does not manage, price, endorse, or guarantee these ancillary services and holds zero liability for their safety, quality, or pricing.

Travelers must strictly follow the house rules, check-in/check-out timings, religious guidelines, and guest identity card requirements (e.g., compulsory original Aadhaar card) set by the respective stay. TirthTrails is not responsible for room cleanliness, staff behavior, service delays, power/water outages, theft, or property safety.

A "TT Verified" badge on a property listing indicates that the stay's existence, location, and basic physical facilities were audited by the TirthTrails team at the time of onboarding. The badge is an indicator of physical verification—it does not constitute a legal guarantee of continuous service quality or guest safety.

TirthTrails aims to provide uninterrupted service. However, the platform may be temporarily offline or inaccessible due to scheduled server maintenance, technical updates, or unforeseen outages without prior notice.

All logo, design, text, search architecture, and software code on TirthTrails are the exclusive property of TirthTrails. Users are not permitted to scrape, copy, or commercially reproduce platform content without prior written permission.

Users agree to use the platform in good faith, provide accurate feedback, refrain from submitting fake reviews or spam inquiries, and carry valid identity proofs during their visit to Ujjain as required by local authorities.

For reporting incorrect numbers, listing errors, or providing feedback regarding any stay listed on TirthTrails, please write to us at support@tirthtrails.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal claims or disputes arising from the use of the TirthTrails platform shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
